Welcome to the electronic filing (eFile) website of the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts (AOC). This site is maintained by the IT Support section of the AOC IT Division. Please see the Contact Details below if you have any questions regarding AlaFile or anything related to this website.

AlaFile is a web-based application designed to allow registered users the ability to file and receive service copies of court documents electronically. It creates a more efficient process for filing documents with the state court system. The following user types are allowed to register with AlaFile:

• Alabama Licensed Attorneys
• Account Managers - (Bookkeeping menus only; this account type does not allow eFiling)
• Pro Se Individual
• Pro Se Business

Alacourt.com is a read only application that allows subscribers access to trial court records; including case details and images. This is a subscription based application.

AlacourtPlus is the eFiling application used by the Circuit and District Clerk's offices and the Circuit and District Judge's offices across the state of Alabama. AlacourtPlus allows the Clerks and Judges to process the electronic documents that are eFiled in AlaFile.
